Step by Step

Depart from Cairns on this 1 day tour where you will explore in detail the most beautiful corners of the Atherton Plateau. A tour guide will accompany you on this 12-hour experience as you are part of a small group of around 14 people.

Entrance to the plateau's natural park is included, so you simply enjoy the waterfalls, lakes and craters around you. In addition to admiring them, you can also take numerous baths, for example in Lake Eacham.

During the tour you will be provided with two teas, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, while lunch is also included. This will consist of a variety of food which you can enjoy picnic style.

From Cairns to the Atherton Plateau is about 250km, which you don't have to worry about as all transfers on the tour are included and are in an air-conditioned vehicle.

Throughout the whole experience you will be able to stop and take pictures of natural sites. Alongside these you will also come across animals of all kinds such as platypuses, frogs, turtles and many more.
