You have several options to choose the bus ticket with the duration that suits you best: 24, 48 or 72 calendar hours. Its validity is determined by its first use. In other words, if you use it for the first time on Tuesday at 12 noon, you can continue to use it until Wednesday, Thursday or Friday at the same time, depending on the mode you have chosen. During that time, you can get on and off at any stop as many times as you like.

Please note that a start date is requested when booking, but you can activate the pass for one year from that date. To activate it, just present the voucher that we will send you on the first bus you get on.

On top of all this, the ticket also includes a self-guided walking tour of the city's musical heritage.

Get to know the Austrian city of Vienna on the banks of the Danube with this 24, 48 or 72 hour ticket. From a hop-on, hop-off sightseeing bus with an on-board audio guide you'll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of many of the city's most famous attractions. Customise your own tour before you board the bus and choose from a variety of different routes around the city. Hop on and off at any of the 30+ stops available, plus enjoy a self-guided walking tour included with your ticket.

From the comfort of your seat, you'll enjoy recorded commentary on the capital's impressive historic palaces, such as the Vienna Parliament and City Hall. Remember that you can start your tour from any stop you wish, but it doesn't have to be the start of the route.

  • Red Line: starts at the Museum of Art History and crosses Ringstrasse with stops at the State Opera, City Hall, the University, the Danube Embankment, Heroes' Square and St. Stephen's Cathedral.
  • Blue Line: departs from stop 1 at the State Opera and reaches outlying areas such as the Prater Amusement Park, Danube Park, the Danube Tower and the Kunsthaus museum.
  • Yellow line: theyellow line starts at stop 1 (State Opera) and will take you to Schönbrunn and Belvedere palaces.
  • Green Line (only from mid-June to early October and for 48 and 72 hour passes): starts at the Votive Church and leads to the wine village of Grinzing and the Kahlenberg hill.

    The bus is very punctual at each stop, which is what I liked the most. At the stop that belonged to the Hofburg Palace we were quite late but we had no problems. I liked doing the tour at my own pace, apart from the fact that it also comes with an audio that explains everything you learn about Vienna.

    The possibility of getting to know Vienna in this way was perfect for me. As one day I thought I was going to be short, I hired the service for two days and I was more than comfortable with the timetable and my rhythm of getting to know each place.
