This cultural centre, the first Belgian museum dedicated exclusively to this pictorial art, is also located in the historic centre of the city, with a history dating back to the Middle Ages.

Despite its short history, just over five years since its inauguration, the Museum de Reede houses more than 150 pieces by some of the greatest exponents of this pictorial art: the three international masters Edvard Munch, Francisco Goya and Félicien Rops.

The exhibition does not only focus on these three masters, but you can also see the work of more than 40 graphic artists from all over the world. In general, the collection is made up of works on paper: lithographs, engravings, etchings, woodcuts and drawings by artists from seven countries on three continents. Specifically, the pieces on display span five centuries, from the 17th to the 21st.

In addition, the Museum de Reede in Antwerp also houses extraordinary collections and temporary exhibitions by artists such as Rembrandt and Karl Meersman.
