Step by Step

Join this day trip to Plitvice Lakes National Park from Split and discover the natural beauty of one of the most beautiful parks in Europe. You will be accompanied throughout the tour by an expert local guide. On the tour you will do part of the tour on foot, part by boat and part by electric train.

In the park, you will be surrounded by greenery, waterfalls and turquoise lakes. Your guide will take you to the highlights and tell you interesting facts about the local flora and fauna. The first part of the tour is on foot and you will pass through an area full of beautiful lakes and waterfalls to admire. The park has an extensive network of paths and wooden bridges that will allow you to walk safely and comfortably.

Once in the lower part of the park you will enter a boat in which you will sail around the lakes in a fun way. You'll be able to enjoy the views and take photographs of the landscape. You will also have the opportunity to visit part of the park on an electric train. Finally, you will visit the air base at Željava.

During the tour you will see wild animals in their habitat, such as deer, birds and butterflies, as well as a great diversity of plant species. After a great day of adventure in nature you will return to the hotel or to the meeting point in Split, depending on your choice.
