Want to visit the majestic Prague Castle without wasting time queuing at the ticket office? With this booking, you will get your tickets quickly and easily, allowing you to explore this extraordinary complex at your own pace and with no more waiting than at the security checkpoint at the gate.

Upon arrival, you will receive your tickets from your host, who will be waiting for you in the corner of the courtyard of Prague Castle Complex III, next to St. Vitus Cathedral. Just show him the voucher you received when you booked.

He will then give you a brief introduction in English and help you find your way around the castle complex.

Your ticket includes the B Circuit, which covers the interiors of St. Vitus Cathedral, the Old Royal Palace, St. George's Basilica and the Golden Alley with the Daliborka Tower. The ticket includes access (once only) to each attraction on the circuit. Please note that as the castle is a presidential office, some buildings may be closed for operational or state ceremonial reasons.

Step by Step

Would you like to explore Prague Castle, considered the oldest and one of the largest castles in the world? These tickets are your chance to discover it for yourself and skip the long queues at the ticket office.

Someone will be waiting for you outside St. Vitus Cathedral to give you your reserved tickets as soon as you show them the voucher you will receive when you make your reservation. They will then give you a short introductory talk in English about this impressive building dating back to the 9th century. He will also give you guidance on how to make the most of your time at the castle. It is highly recommended to enter the castle complex through the side entrance of the tram station called Pražský hrad, which will save you a lot of time.

Founded around 880 by Prince Bořivoj, Prague Castle is a place steeped in history. According to the Guinness Book of Records, it is the largest castle complex in the world at almost 70,000 square metres and is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Following the B Circuit, you can explore the castle at your own pace. This tour covers the most beautiful interiors:

  • St. Vitus Cathedral, the most important religious building in the Czech Republic and one of the most imposing cathedrals in Europe.
  • The Old Royal Palace, the historic seat of the Bohemian rulers since the 12th century.
  • St. George's Basilica, the best preserved Romanesque church in Prague.
  • The Golden Alley with the Daliborka Tower, a picturesque street named after the goldsmiths who lived there in the 17th century.

Immerse yourself in the rich history and architecture of Prague Castle for an unforgettable experience.

The place is wonderful, very interesting and with a great history behind it. I would have liked the length of the tour to be longer, to enjoy the tour at a more leisurely pace.

The castle is very large, don't be fooled by the photos. It is very well preserved both inside and out. A beautiful place to get to know and understand its history.
