Step by Step

This ebike tour reaches the Jatiluwih region in the centre of Bali. Thanks to the electric bike, you will be able to move faster through the lush nature, dotted with small villages and bamboo forests. An expert guide will lead the group along the inland trails, recounting anecdotes of local history. In addition, the activity includes a helmet and insurance, so you can travel with peace of mind.

After all that pedalling, you will enjoy a lunch of Indonesian dishes such as Nasi Goreng (fried rice with meat, fish or vegetables), Gado Gado (vegetables with peanut sauce) and Sate (grilled pork or chicken skewers). The tour lasts approximately 5 hours and includes hotel pick-up.

Along the way, you will pass through the jungle - home to the Balinese macaque - and pass through small villages where time seems to have stood still. However, the main attraction of the region is the terraced rice fields. According to local philosophy, any human construction must coexist in harmony with the environment. These crops respect ancestral customs and continue to use traditional techniques and a special irrigation system, called Subak. They occupy an entire valley in the foothills of Mount Batukaru.

Bali is a paradise for nature lovers and its landscapes are among the most beautiful in Southeast Asia. It is no coincidence that the Jatiluwih rice paddies have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
