The so-called Castellana Caves are a complex network of underground karst caves that stretch for more than 3 kilometres. They were formed over millions of years by the erosive action of water on limestone rock and are known for their impressive stalactite and stalagmite formations.
During the tour, you will have the opportunity to see the White Cave, so called because of its white alabaster-like formations. The tour also includes highlights such as the Cemetery Chamber, the Precipice Cave and the Altar Chamber, among others.
There are also other routes, such as the Black Cave, which explores deeper sections of the caves. With this tour you can explore the hidden wonders of the underground world.
