Step by Step

By choosing this 3-hour pasta and tiramisu cooking class, you will have the opportunity to enjoy an original experience in Venice. With a local chef, you will learn how to prepare fresh pasta and one of the most famous Italian desserts, tiramisu.

The preparation of fresh pasta is not necessarily difficult, but it requires time, practice and a bit of manual dexterity. Don't worry, the cook will give you useful tips. Thanks to the eggs in the dough, it is usually more elastic and softer than dry pasta, as well as absorbing sauces well. You will have the opportunity to prepare fettuccine, tagliatelle and/or fresh stuffed pasta.

For dessert, tiramisu, which emerged as a signature dish of Italian cuisine in the 1970s and 1980s, is a must. It is believed to have originated in Venice or nearby Treviso.

The experience includes wine, water and coffee. It's a great idea for foodies, those travelling alone or with the family.

The class was good, I learned how to make pasta and tiramisu, which I always wanted to do. The best thing was to eat what I prepared, to be honest.
