Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984, the Alhambra was a courtly city where the sultans of the Nasrid dynasty resided. In addition to the ornate palaces, your guide will take you to see the military fortress for panoramic views of Granada and the surrounding mountains.

You will also tour the Nasrid Palaces, a series of palaces, mansions, great houses and tower-palaces that have been refurbished over the centuries by the various sultans. Among them is one of the symbols of the Alhambra, the Palace of the Lions with the famous Fountain of the Lions.
