Located in the heart of Granada, right in the medieval Moorish Albaicín quarter, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you'll find this museum dedicated to the Spanish Inquisition. Travel back in time, explore all the rooms of this building and walk through the corridors where legendary characters once walked.

Feel the energy emanating from every corner and throughout the exhibition you will see more than 70 gruesome instruments of torture, which were used by the Holy Inquisition and the Civil Institutions to make heretics and other prisoners confess.

Among the instruments on display you will see the famous "iron lady", a macabre structure used to imprison the human body. You will also discover other torture devices such as the garrucha, the toque, which used electric shocks and, finally, the potro, an instrument used to stretch and tear the body.

As you walk through the rooms of the palace, you will see splendid frescoes and artistic treasures that will leave you in awe. You will see majestic murals, exquisite sculptures and even beautiful architecture that will take you back to a bygone era.
