On this guided tour of Valencia's highlights, you'll have the chance to explore the city's most emblematic sights. For about two hours, a local tour guide will take you on a walking tour of the Lonja de la Seda, a Gothic building declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. He will tell you about its history and the importance of this place.
You will also visit the old town of Valencia, where you will see the Tribunal de las Aguas, an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity site. Later you will walk around the Plaza de la Reina, which houses the Cathedral and the Miguelete. This is one of the most emblematic places in the city.
The tour stops at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the nerve centre of Valencia. Here you can admire the architecture of the buildings surrounding the square, such as the Town Hall and the Post Office Building. Your guide will tell you about the history of these places and give you interesting information about the city.
You will also see the Central Market, a very important modernist building in the city. Here you can enjoy its bustling atmosphere and discover the freshest local produce.
