Step by Step

For about 2.5 hours, you'll have the opportunity to wander the streets and bars of Dallas and learn a little more about the city's paranormal history. You'll alternate tours of bars like the Green Door Public House or Harwood Tavern with visits to some of Dallas' most famous streets and buildings.

At Main Street Garden, you'll see the giant eyeball that stands where the city's first skyscraper once stood.

At the Majestic Theater, a luxury hotel that opened in the early 1920s, you'll learn the story of Karl Hoblitzelle. Owner and founder of the hotel, Hoblitzelle lived there for four decades until his death. Today, his ghost is said to haunt the corridors, still watching over the late millionaire's business.

You will also learn the story of Lady White of Rock, who is said to have drowned in a lake and now appears to drivers in her still-wet clothes. After asking for a ride to an address, Lady White of Rock disappears, leaving drivers bewildered.

Other stories you will hear include the neon red Pegasus sign, symbol of Dallas, or the ghost of the bride of the Adolphus Hotel. According to the story, this woman hanged herself after being left at the altar, and her grief-stricken spirit still wanders the rooms of the iconic building.
