Step by Step

An ATV tour is the perfect way to explore Sedona, Arizona's famous city surrounded by wilderness. The tour lasts approximately 4 hours and winds through the red rock desert, including a climb to the summit of Skeleton Bone Mountain.

Not only will you enjoy quad bike hire and an expert guide, but also a helmet, goggles and water. At the time of booking, you can choose between a morning or afternoon tour and a single or double quad.

Before you start driving, your guide will explain how the vehicle works and give you useful tips on how to use it optimally. Once in the saddle, you will drive through West Sedona Canyon, which is located just a few kilometres from the town of the same name. The landscape is characterised by unique features such as Cathedral Rock (the most iconic rock formation in the area), gorges and viewpoints (Walk Devil's Bridge and Airport Mesa).

As you walk through the canyon, you may see herds of javelina (a wild boar-like animal), deer and elk. However, this arid ecosystem is also home to coyotes, rattlesnakes and the Arizona raven, among other species.

Despite the temperatures, it is advisable to wear long trousers and closed-toe shoes. To avoid sunburn, it is recommended to protect your skin with sunscreen.
