On this helicopter experience, which will save you the long hikes to the glaciers, you will have the opportunity to walk on the Knik Glacier. It is about 40 kilometres long and is located in the Chugach Mountains, one of the best outdoor destinations in the state of Alaska.
Knik Glacier is a popular destination for winter sports such as snowmobiling and dog sledding. The glacier's vast expanse of snow and ice offers a unique terrain for travellers and nature lovers.
Please note that if you do this activity between October and April, you will not be able to land on top of the glacier due to the snow cover. Therefore, it will be done next to the glaciers near the huge ice formations so that you will not miss this experience.
