The Fotografiska Museum in New York is an expansion of the original site founded in Stockholm in 2010. The Broman brothers aimed to inspire a more conscious world through the power of photography and they achieved this through this museum. The reception was so great that they expanded their idea first to Tallinn and then to New York in 2019.

The Fotografiska NYC is housedin a historic 1894 building in the Flatiron district. If you're expecting to walk through its doors and find a traditional museum, you're sorely mistaken. The Fotografiska goes much further.
