In Dallas you'll also find fun places to play classic arcade games with your friends. You can also hang out in a rolling pub while cycling or have dinner while watching a medieval knight battle. Sound interesting? If you like some of these ideas, I invite you to read on to discover all your options.
1. Take a ghost and pub crawl
If you like visiting bars and drinking cocktails or new beers, I recommend taking a pub crawl in Dallas. To make it even more entertaining, you can book this experience with a professional guide who will tell you all about the ghosts of Dallas. This city hides many horror stories that you will surely enjoy more if you are in the places where they happened.
Between each story you will visit at least four pubs for almost three hours. One of them is the Green Door Public House. This is a popular bar and restaurant in the area serving American-style food. You can also stop by the Harwood Tavern where you can enjoy a more classic bar atmosphere.
In addition to entering these types of bars, the professional guide will tell you stories of the ghost of Lady White Rock, the spirits that live in the Adolphus Hotel and the Majestic Theater. If you don't want to hire a private service, you can walk around these areas using Google Maps.
2. Visit the Dallas GeO-Deck observation deck

This observation deck is located at Reunion Tower. This is the tallest tower in Dallas and is considered to be the city's most iconic landmark. In addition to regular visits, the observation deck hosts various events.
For example, if you travel to Dallas at Christmas, you can celebrate New Year's Eve there. It is an excellent spot in the city to admire the fireworks display. Plus, a free professional digital photo is included with your ticket. The entrance fee is approximately €25.

The Dallas Party Bike is a rolling pub crawl that you can ride with friends. It's the number 1 experience in Dallas when it comes to bicycles. The idea of this activity is to pedal while drinking beer or wine of your choice. In other words, it's a rolling party!
As you ride along you can enjoy music and a spectacular light system. This is an ideal activity for stag and hen parties, birthdays, special events and much more. The best thing is that you can live this experience until 11 p.m.
To book this activity you have two options. The first consists of renting a complete pub crawl for two hours. This plan is recommended for groups of eight to 105 people who want a private trip. This option has an average cost of 400 € and the tour takes place in downtown Dallas and in the Deep Ellum neighbourhood.
On the other hand, you have the possibility to rent from one to 15 seats in one of these pubs. On the tour you will be accompanied by a certified captain who will lead the group through the neighbourhood I mentioned earlier. This option can be fun if you want to meet new people. Also, the price for a stall is around 45 €.

6. Take a night tour in Dallas
Many people prefer to take tours of the cities they visit during the day. However, if you didn't have time during the day, you can easily do it at night. This way you can even get a different view of the city.
I recommend that you take a walking tour of downtown Dallas. This way you can pass by iconic sites such as the John F. Kennedy Memorial Plaza. You can also stop by the Sixth Floor Museum where the president was shot. However, you should go earlier in the day if you want to visit this museum.
You can also stroll through Dealey Plaza, the site where President Kennedy was assassinated. All of this part of the city is full of stories that you can relive as you walk around.
However, if you don't know much about the city's most touristy sites and are not very familiar with its historical events, I recommend hiring a professional guide. This way you will be able to get to the sites more quickly and if you have private transport, it will be easier and more comfortable for you.
If you want to go to other areas of Dallas you can use some of the transportation offered by Dallas Area Rapid Transit.
7. Dinner and tournament at Medieval Times in Dallas
If you want to have a different experience, I recommend you to visit Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament. You can feel like a guest at a royal dinner. You will also see knights on horseback demonstrating their athletic skills and swordsmanship.
